Mantua Cemetery Provisions

• No cemetery plots in the Mantua Cemetery will be sold to non-residents for the period of twelve (12) months following the adoption of this Resolution.

• Residents of the Town of Mantua may purchase up to (2) plots.

  Resolution 2026-01-15

1. The property is to be used solely for burial purposes under the direction of Mantua City Public Works.

2. Monuments or improvements on the property are not permitted, except for one marker per grave to be erected within 12 months of burial with specific dimensions. A reinforced concrete vault is required for each interment.

3. Planting of flowers, shrubbery, trees, or plants is restricted to Mantua City Public Works and its agents for perpetual care of the lot.

4. All grave-related activities are to be supervised by Mantua City Public Works.
